The principle is simple:

• Download the selected protocol to your phone
• Choose a high-energy location (church, chapel, dolmen, menhir, natural setting, spring, river, sea, ocean...).
• You perform the protocol with headphones if you are alone, or with a Bluetooth speaker if there are several of you working together.
• You begin the protocol by sending your intention to be and to work on the day and time of the protocol (for example: you perform the protocol for July 22, 2:39 p.m. next weekend, saying "I connect to the protocol for July 22, 2022 at 2:39 p.m.").
