If they accept, they are forgiven and rejoin the Confederation. This transmutation provides them with the strength they need to move in a direction compatible with the principles of the Codex.<\/p>

Beings belonging to the Forces of Darkness are thus accompanied, supported and guided by benevolent higher-density Beings of Light or Ascended Masters in their awareness of the consequences of their past actions. They are guided in the actions they need to take to repair the effects and restore balance, with the help of higher-density beings or Ascended Masters.<\/p>

They are warned of the consequences if they persist in choosing an evolutionary path to the detriment of others.<\/p>

If, despite the help provided, they are unable or unwilling to live and act in accordance with the principles of the Galactic Codex, they are accompanied and escorted by beings of higher density to the Source, where they are offered a new cycle of evolution in accordance with divine justice. This section describes the policy of the Forces of Light regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in any domain, civilization, planet or solar system where the Galactic Codex is violated. The Confederation has the right to do so regardless of the position of local civilizations on this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation by dark forces. The forces of darkness generally take the local population hostage to impede the progress of the forces of light. On Earth, they have threatened nuclear war if the Forces of Light intervene.<\/p>

This is the main reason why the Forces of Light haven't yet freed this planet (and not because the Confederation respects free will, and will just watch while all this suffering continues). As with any hostage situation, this one requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approaches. Perhaps some humans believe that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its own problems. This is simply not true. All over the planet, numerous wars and the constant abuse of fundamental human rights have proved that humanity is not capable of managing its situation on its own. It is therefore preferable that they receive guidance from wise men and wise guardians.<\/p>
