THE GALACTIC CODEX TO PRINT
Section I: The law of divine grace
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to a fulfilling and beneficial life experience.
To explain Section I, we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in an enlightened galactic society freed from the influence of dark forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. Valuing pain, suffering and sacrifice as part of the experience of growth was part of the Dark Forces' programming to more easily enslave the population of occupied planets.
The unconditional positive life experience of every living being in the liberated universe is guaranteed by every living being's inner connection with Source and reinforced by the Ascended Masters' power over matter to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards Source and provide them with the necessities of life. Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle, but rather a journey of joy and creativity.
Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light, so that conflicts never have to occur.
Let's explain the subsections:
Section I/1
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance.
This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide all the necessities of life and physical and spiritual wealth and beauty using the power they have over the redemptive matter of the liberated universe.
Section I/2
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to Ascension.
This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of the spiritual technology of Ascension and, using the Electric Fire of Redemption, assist all beings who voluntarily choose Ascension.
Section I/3
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion to its position in the Mandala of the Soul Family.
This sub-section is an instrument for regulating all relationships within a Soul Family. It guarantees the fusion of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soul mates) and the alignment of all other beings, regardless of their state of development and external conditions.
Section I/4
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to all information.
This sub-section is a guarantee that all beings receive all the information they need to understand their role in the universe, a greater evolutionary perspective and all the other information they need for their decisions, growth and well-being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings who oversee the evolutions of different races and civilizations.
Section I/5
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom.
This subsection states that every being has unlimited potential for growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never clashes with the freedom of other beings.
Section II: The law of separation of conflicting parties
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to be separate and protected from the harmful and/or injurious actions of other living beings.
This section regulates conditions relating to sectors of the universe that have recently been freed from the influence of the forces of Darkness but have not yet been accepted into the Confederation. The code of ethics of this Codex requires that the Forces of Light always separate conflicting parties to prevent them from harming each other and the universe.
The Forces of Light then mediate and arbitrate the conflict until it is resolved.
This section is often used to put an end to wars and other armed conflicts.
Section III: The law of balance
Every sentient being who has chosen to live and act against the principles of the Galactic Codex, and who refuses or is unable to accept them now and balance the consequences of past actions, will be accompanied by beings of higher densities on a path of love and compassion in order to begin a brand new cycle of evolution.
This section regulates relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When they have been defeated, beings belonging to the Forces of Darkness have the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, to do their best to correct and repair the mistakes they have made, and to live positively afterwards.
If they accept, they are forgiven and rejoin the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essence restructured with electric fire, and their divine spark begins a new cycle of evolution.
Section III/1
Every sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to forgiveness
This sub-section guarantees every being who has chosen to live and act against the principles of the Galactic Codex, and who refuses or is unable to accept them, the possibility of receiving help to transmute everything that does not serve the Light and does not vibrate in accordance with the principles of the Galactic Codex. This transmutation provides them with the strength they need to move in a direction compatible with the principles of the Codex.
Beings belonging to the Forces of Darkness are thus accompanied, supported and guided by benevolent higher-density Beings of Light or Ascended Masters in their awareness of the consequences of their past actions. They are guided in the actions they need to take to repair the effects and restore balance, with the help of higher-density beings or Ascended Masters.
They are warned of the consequences if they persist in choosing an evolutionary path to the detriment of others.
This support is provided in accordance with the principles of the Galactic Codex.
If they accept, they are pardoned and rejoin the Confederacy.
Section III/2
Every sentient being has the inalienable and unconditional right to divine justice.
This sub-section regulates the consequences if beings belonging to the forces of Darkness persist in choosing a path to the detriment of others after having been informed and helped.
If, despite this help, they are unable or unwilling to live and act in accordance with the principles of the Galactic Codex, they are accompanied and escorted by beings of higher density to the Source, where they are offered a new cycle of evolution in accordance with divine justice. They then return to their original state as divine sparks from the Source.
Section IV: The right to intervene
The Galactic Confederation has an inalienable and unconditional right to intervene in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of local laws.
This section describes the policy of the Forces of Light regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in any domain, civilization, planet or solar system where the Galactic Codex is violated. The Confederation has the right to do so regardless of the position of local civilizations on this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation by dark forces. The forces of darkness generally take the local population hostage to impede the progress of the forces of light. On Earth, they have threatened nuclear war if the Forces of Light intervene.
This is the main reason why the Forces of Light haven't yet freed this planet (and not because the Confederation respects free will, and will just watch while all this suffering continues). As with any hostage situation, this one requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approaches. This situation is being resolved, and planet Earth will soon be liberated.
Section IV/1
Every sentient being in need has an inalienable and unconditional right to invoke the Galactic Confederation, and the Galactic Confederation has the right to help, regardless of local laws.
This sub-section provides a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces. The Forces of Light always do their best to help and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth. The situation on planet Earth simply shows how much power darkness had on this planet. Fortunately, this is now changing.
Section IV/2
The Galactic Confederation has an inalienable and unconditional right to implement the Galactic Codex and, if necessary, to conquer by military force areas of violation and regions in breach of the Galactic Codex.
This sub-section provides a legal basis for the liberation of occupied planets by military force. The military forces of the Federation, under the benevolence of the Confederation and the Ascended Masters, provide assistance in removing the representatives of the dark forces and freeing the hostages. Other Federation forces then guide the process of accepting the planet into the Galactic Federation by educating the local population.
Perhaps some humans believe that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its own problems. This is simply not true. All over the planet, numerous wars and the constant abuse of fundamental human rights have proved that humanity is not capable of managing its situation on its own. It is therefore preferable that they receive guidance from wise men and wise guardians.
Once the replacement of the current masters of the Dark Forces, whom humanity invited long ago to Atlantis, is complete, then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe.
Section IV/3
Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to express itself freely, with respect for other living beings, and to form a collective aspiring to the same ideas, and to ask to be heard by the Galactic Confederation if this group sees its fundamental Codex rights violated.
This sub-section provides a legal basis for dialogue and information exchange with the Galactic Confederation when the fundamental rights of a group of sentient beings are violated. This sub-section enables the Galactic Confederation to intervene when Codex-related rights are violated, whether the rest of the planet agrees or disagrees.
EPILOGUE
This is how the people of Terra Gaia, adhering to the principles of the Galactic Codex of Celestial Alliances, after consultation with the Mandatory People, intend to evolve towards higher densities in relation with the forces of Light.
Based on new foundations and paradigms, the people of Terra Gaia are becoming aware that they are evolving towards :
- THE UNIT
We are ONE and all connected to form the whole and live fully in sharing, collaboration, security and abundance.
- UNCONDITIONAL LOVE
Everything is love. Every sentient being gives, receives and gives itself love, whatever the nature, origin or species with which it is in relationship.
- RESPECT FOR LIFE
Of all manifest and non-manifest forms (including oneself, others, things...). All sentient beings are responsible for themselves and for others, and behave in a way that is aligned with effective and efficient verb-action.
- ABUNDANCE
Awareness of the principle of abundance for everyone leads to constant sharing of the surplus, and is therefore not limited to family and friends.
- PERFECT HEALTH
Every sentient being strives for a balance between technology and cosmology, and takes care of his or her physical, mental and spiritual biology and that of other humans, non-humans of the visible and invisible, as well as of the Terra Gaia planet and all living things.
- MULTIDIMENSIONALITY
All sentient beings become aware, through new and more fulfilling states of being, of the new being they are becoming. They recognize that time and space are one and the same, and free themselves from them.
- MINDFULNESS
From its I AM presence: the expression of the I AM allows all sentient beings to see their DOING and HAVING flow freely and naturally, making their lives happier and more fulfilled.
- PEACE
For oneself, for others and with others. On this planet, in this galaxy and in this universe.
