- Mandate the Exovision Delegation to represent you before the Alliances, Federations, Confederations and Superfederations as citizens of planet Earth and invoke, in particular, Section IV of the Codex.

WHAT IS A CODEX?
In ancient times, a codex was a book made of sheets sewn together, allowing direct access to any part of the text. It was designed to replace the Papyrus scroll.
The codex also indicates that it conforms exactly to the official standards set.

Such is the case of the Galactic Codex, which contains laws and rules applicable to everyone in the galaxy. It is the fruit of a global agreement between the different species that inhabit our Galaxy, and dictates the principles that must be respected in our Milky Way.
Based on generic principles, sub-paragraphs provide more detailed information in the form of laws and rules to follow, or risk being outlawed from a galactic point of view.
As you can see from this Codex, the laws and rules of the Galactic Codex are not respected on our planet.
This is due to the presence of involutive forces that do not respect the fundamental laws of this Codex.
It's up to us, as members of the people of the Earth, to make our collective position heard on this subject.
That's why we suggest you take a close look at this Galactic Codex and see whether or not it matches your aspirations.
Indeed, this Codex is not a rigid set of external laws, but an internal code of ethics that all Beings of Light accept with their free will, because it reflects their inner truth.
